The house is built to the dimensions of 35 45 and have east facing car parking; additionally, this is a 35 45 house plans with car parking east facing, primarily constructed to generate rental income. The ground floor contains the parking area alongside a 1BHK rental unit. There are two rental units on the first floor, one 1BHK and another 2BHK, both constructed according to Vastu principles. The layout of the second floor is identical to the first one. At the terrace floor there is a 1BHK rental unit and a large open terrace.
