The present plan is a 2 portion 2bhk with 1 bhk unit east face house plan 35 45 which was mainly built for renting purposes. The said building was intended for multi family occupancy as it has 3 full floors, a terrace floor, and plenty of open space to ensure comfort and functionality. Distribution of floors is as follows: ample parking space is available in the ground floor, 1BHK on the 1st floor, 2 houses on the second floor (1BHK & 2BHK) and top floor is the maintained fun terrace, complete with a storeroom.

 

The structural design offers a generous THF (Two/Three-Wheeler Holding Facility) parking area set to the ground floor with dimensions 34'1'' × 26'5'', which ensures that all tenants have easy access to parking for their vehicles.
