The 35 40 prospected house design north facing and including parking provides dimensions for the residential building of 35’x 40’ feet and facing in North direction. This is plan With G+3 floor and ground floor comprises utility area of approximately 1’8” and 2’ length, parking area for bike standing and gardening, and stairs to NW facing for bike standing which ascend in E-W direction. Here, the main door is positioned in the NE direction and from the East side of the house it opens to the Living Hall, Kitchen, and 1 Bedroom with attached Bath. On the First Floor there is utility area of approximately 2’ and 2’6” length and after passing through the stairs coming from West side there is a passage allowing entrance directly towards the door. The main door is placed in NE direction leads to the Living Hall, Open Kitchen with attached Utility for Laundry Clean, 1 Common Bathroom, 1 Bedroom plus 1 Bedroom with attached Bathroom. The Second Floor contains utility area of approximately 2’ and 2’6” length. The rest of the floor is similar to the first.


The third floor comprises utility space measuring approximately 2 feet to 2 feet 6 inches in length. After ascending the main stairs located on the western side, we encounter an open terrace intended for recreational activities such as sitting and resting or gardening. The terrace is equipped with a laundry facility. Here we also provided ventilation and windows for adequate light and air circulation.

This kitchen features an adjoining utility room measuring 12’ x 3’, in addition to a common bathroom located in the southern part of the house measuring 4’ x 9’9”.

On the third floor we have open terrace size 29’ x 35’ with southwest laundry 7’10” x 4’.
