The Residential building size is 35’x 40’ feet and facing in South direction. This is plan With G+3 floor and Ground floor includes utility area around 1’5” length and parking area for bike standing and Gardening with stairs in South West direction which moves along east west direction and here door placed in east then 1 bedroom with attached bathroom. The first floor comprises utility space of about 1’, 2’, and 2’6” in length and after passing through the stairs from the west, we have a passage for entrance to door and here main door placed in east then living hall, open kitchen and 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The second floor comprises utility space of about 1’, 2’, and 2’6” in length and after passing through the stairs from the west, we have a passage for entrance to door and here main door placed in east then living hall, open kitchen and 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

The last details–in inches and feet–were added to the building plan. This includes adding an open utility area on the 3rd floor directly above the west staircase measuring 1’x 2’x 2’6” as well as an open leisure activity terrace for sitting, resting, gardening, and laundry cleaning with proper ventilation and windows. Fittingly, our balconies are aerated for light and air.

The parking area size for this house plan is 21’3” x 39’, with stairs in the south west direction moving to the east side (up stairs). There is a door leading in to the parking area from the east. A bedroom is located in the northwest size (12’2” x 15’) with an attached bathroom (7’7” x 4’).

Once we travel to the west region of the floor, there is a staircase leading down while opening up to a 4’7” x 22’8” passage area. The main door is on the east side of the frame opening we go to the living hall (20’8” x 12’9”). There is an open kitchen in the southeast size 11’5 x 9’8”.

This is a 35 by 40 house design for parking and riding, which includes south and southwestern border bedrooms whose dimensions are 12'2 " x 13' 5 " , with an attached bathroom measuring 7'4" x 4', and a northwest bedroom measuring 12'2" x10'6" with an attached bathroom measuring 7'7" x 4", on the second floor.

With the stairs start from the west, we have access to the main floor that includes a 4’7” x 22'8” passage area where the door opens to the east, leading to the living room measuring 20'8" x 12'9" extending to the open kitchen located on the south east, measuring 11'5" x 9'8", and included southwest bedroom measuring 12'2" x 13'5" with an adjoining bathroom sized 7'4" x 4'. The Northwest bedroom also has an attached bathroom measuring 7'7" x 4".

After passing through stairs from south heading this side, an open terrace emerges, measuring 28'7" x 23'11".Also, laundry or storeroom in the southwest sections measure 9'6" x 4'7".
