The estimated size of the residential building is 35’x 40’ feet and facing North direction is the duplex house plan. Here, the house is designed in the G+2 format. Additionally, the Ground floor comprises of utility partitions of approximate 1’11” and 2’ length, bike/car parking space, and gardening. The main door is located at northeast which leads to the living hall, dining hall, the stairway is located in east side followed by a westerly movement staircase with a lift at the middle, open kitchen, and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The first floor consists of utility area about 2’6” and 1’ in length, a stairway coming from the east followed by a lift in the middle of the stairs, then a spacious area for family gathering with a balcony for plant display and open view, one common bath, and two additional bedrooms, one with attached bathroom.

Utility space occupies 2 feet 6 inches and 1 foot in length on the second floor. Noting easter stair access with a lift at the midpoint, there is headroom just before the stairs, with an open terrace for gardening and laundry facilities. We have also ensured the space is well lit by windows and properly ventilated with air.

As detailed below, further attention will be given to measurements of the duplex building plan.

Ground Floor

• Ground floor:

• The parking area is 15`9`` x 13`5``. The living hall is in the north-west is 15`5`` x 14` and has dining hall adjacent on the east which is 13`3`` x 12`` with stairs to the west(upper floor) , lift in between open kitchen in the south east measuring 6’11” x 7’3” and the bedroom at southwest quarters measuring 14’11” x 17’5” with an attached bathroom measuring 8’5” x 5’2”.

First Floor

First floor buildup area: 30’ x 36’6” = 1095sqft

• We notice clear free space measuring 13’3” x 12’ for walking, lift in the middle of stairs 4’ x 4’ on east side. Family hall located in northwest features balcony northeast measuring 13’3” x 7’10,” common bathroom in northeast 8’1” x 4,’ family hall measures 14’11” x 16’11”.

• Bathroom attached to the southwest bedroom is sized 5’6” x 4’9” and southeast bedroom measures 13’3” x 11’4”. This is the house plan with lift situated at 35*40 dimensions.

SECOND FLOOR

Second floor build up area 30’x36’6”= 1095 sqft.

• Space reserved for headroom at 4’6” x 10’8”, open terrace area 28’6” x 35’ with southwest utility 8’5” x 5’6,’ stairs leads from west side to lift which is located on the 4’ x 4’ middle of the terrace.
