Of the Residential building size is 35’x 40’ feet and facing in North direction. This is duplex plan With G+2 floor. Here Ground floor includes utility area around 2’ length and parking area for bike or car standing and gardening and here main door placed in east then living hall, dining hall with stairs in East direction down west with lift in middle of stairs and open kitchen with attached utility for laundry and cleaning and 1 bedroom with attached bathroom.

 

The first floor includes utility area around 2’6” and 1’ length and after passing through the stairs from east direction with lift in middle of stairs then we see free space area for walking, family hall for family moments with balcony for gardening and outside view and 1 common bathroom and 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms.


At the head room above the stairs on the east side, which has a lift incorporated into the stairwell, we have a utility space measuring two feet and three inches. Upon reaching the stairs, there is a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom on the terrace, which features a sitting area for leisure activities such as sitting, resting, and gardening. We ensured that there is proper ventilation and windows for adequate light and air, as well as leisure activity areas.

North West is living hall ,dimensions : 14’11” x 16’4”; Dining hall on East side measuring 13’3” x 12’with stairs. Stairs on Eastern side move up towards the west (with an elevator mid-way at 4’x4’). Open kitchen on South East measuring 10’1” x 7’1” with Utility room 4’x7’1” attached . Master bedroom on South West measuring 15’1” x 17’5” with attached bathroom 9’x5’5”.

The area of the first floor: 30' x 36'6" = 1095sqft

Following the stair passage from the eastern section goes south first then west with a lift in the middle of the stairs 4’ x 4’, we notice headroom 6’4” x 10’8”, walking free space of size 13’3” x 12’, open terrace size 15’ x 30’5”, northeast bedroom size 13’3” x 11’4” and the south the bathroom measuring 8’6” x 4’6” is adjacent.

Remaining balcony northeast of family hall with 14’11” x 12’ area Common bathroom to the side measuring 8’1’’ x 4’’ northeast, keyed to floor over headroom east.


Middle section of the floors
