32 x 40 house plans with car parking as a rental property designed as G+3 floors each with 2BHK units. The design is structured to balance the comfort, functionality, practicality, and comfort for enhanced living experience for the occupants.
Ground Floor:
The ground floor has been optimized to provide a generously large parking space of 31' x 15'7", and also incorporates access for vehicle movement to the staircase, which is located in the northwestern corner to enable unobstructed access and mobility to the upper floors.
The main entrance located northeast facing north allows clients to access the property with ease.
Moving inside, the living hall occupies the eastern section of the floor and has an area of 17'6" x 6'11", ensuring both spaciousness and a warm atmosphere as needed when meeting with clients or holding social gatherings as well as excellent interaction.

The livng hall conveniently placed in the north section, measuring 13'9'' x 12'3'', is entered through the main door which is located on the northeast part of floor plan and was also directly aligned ISO with the mid direction of the compass. This room has fully furnished and spacious layout to accommodate large family gatherings.
Alongside the pooja room is another kitchen cum dining area, located towards the southeast. This multifunctional area included 10'11" x 14'3'' of space for meal preparation and dining, making it an efficient and collaborative workspace and socially dynamic as well.
