In this section, I include the dimensions in feet and inches of the duplex house as described in the above paragraph. The residential building has a size of 30’x 45’ feet and is facing east. This is duplex plan with a G+2 floor layout. The ground floor consists of the following sections: utility area around 2' in length, parking area for bike or car standing, region for gardening (5' 1" in length). A passage of 5'1" in length is provided for floor plan navigation and on the eastern side we have the main door which leads to living room along with stair case with north west engraving along with pooja room, 1 common bathroom, open kitchen and 1 bedroom.The first floor comes with utility area around 2’6” and 2’ length and derictly above the staircase on the western side we have a family hall for cherished family moments, study room with attached balcony for gardening and view outside, 1 common bathroom and 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom with attached bathroom. On second floor we have utility area around boundary of 2'6" and 2', staircase from the western direction leads you to headroome directly in front and move into party hall and in rest area,)section where open terrace is provided for ath leisure underneath seating and aroud ng terrace with sitting area resting, gardening and for proper windows and provded alongside light with.


Forth comes the plans and detailing in the feet and inches measurement of the duplex building.


Ground Floor

The calculated area for the ground floor is: 30’ x 45’ = 1350 sqft

• The duplex 3BHK east facing plan for this 30 x 45 house includes the following: parking area measuring 13’1” x 14’3” followed by the main door facing east with living hall in the Northwest measuring 12’ x 17’10”. Hall has stairs in northwest that lead to the upstairs (south) pooja room stationed in northeast with dimensions 4’ x 3’6”. West has a common bathroom measuring 4’6” x 8’6”, open kitchen facing southeast measuring 10’6” x 12’9” and bedroom facing southwest measuring 10’4” x 13’4”.


First Floor

First floor buildup area: 25’ x 40’6” = 1,012.5 square feet

• After navigating the stairs coming from the west side, we find family hall in the northwest measuring 16’10” x 14’7”, study room in the northeast measuring 12’9” x 10’4” with balcony attached (12’9” x 5’4”), common bath in the south measuring 6’5” x 4’2” and geometry of the last bedroom in the southeast is 10’6” x 15’7”.


The first floor: This revolves around three bedrooms, each of which comes with an individual attached bathroom, and a unified bathroom placed conveniently within the common areas. This is also an accepted standard layout in commercial designs. The latter comes with a living area of 330sqft and a 65sqft bathroom, which 90% falls under predefined standard in commercial design. The total area comes up to 405sqft.


For the floors above, including the first, the set area is approximated in advance which further simplifies the schematic plans that can be shipped in during preparation.

Using the stairs leading up from the western side, we come across looking space, also referred to as headroom below, measuring at 12’10” x 6’11”, Party Hall in the Southwest area: 10’4” x 13’4” and the open terrace located at the East measuring in at 23’6” x 25’9”.
