The strategically arranged G+3 floor rental plan is a 30*40 house plan 3d west facing plan. The practical two-bedroom hall kitchen (2BHK) units are situated on the upper floors, while the multifunctional ground floor is designed to optimize space and functionality and enables a variety of activities.

 

The building’s lower level features a parking space measuring an area of 13 feet 5 inches x 8 feet 5 inches which is prepared for vehicle accommodation. Vertical movement to the higher floors is possible through the staircase located on the western side of the building. The north side of the building has the main entrance door in the northwest direction which serves as the welcoming approach to the home. On the ground floor, serene relaxation and socializing can take place in the living hall which provides ample space measuring 17 feet 4 inches x 11 feet 7 inches located in the northwest area which is the pooja room. The pooja room ensures peace and privacy measuring 4 feet x 3 feet 3 inches while watching over a northeast corner. The northeast corner also features a private bedroom measuring 12 feet 7 inches x 12 feet 3 inches. In the southeast area, additional comfort is provided by an open kitchen conveniently measuring 10 feet 11 inches x 11 feet 11 inches with attached utility space measuring 13 feet 4 inches x 4 feet 7 inches.

 

This common lu, located south and sized 7' x 4'1”, is for the use of residents of the ground floor. Moreover the southwest corner is earmarked for the masterbedroom which is 11’6” x 11’4” and she has got a very large private retreat to her own.

The first floor replicates the layout of the ground floor.
