The rental design for the south-facing 30*40 house plan is a meticulously refined G+3 floor building model. The first floor is mostly for parking, and has ample space for a parking lot of 16 ft x 23'7. Additionally, there is a staircase in the southeast that leads upstairs. The main entrance, located at the Northeast facing eat, adds welcoming vibes to the house interior.
