The rental plan is designed in accordance with the 30 x 40 house plan 2bhk west facing plot. It has been designed with a G + 3 floor structure. The ground floor is mainly for parking which gives a 15 feet 10 inches x 6 feet room for parking. The staircase is located at the southwest corner which moves to the upper side and the door is facing north, opening to visitors in a positive manner. On the ground floor, the construction consists of a living hall with dimensions of 13 feet 2 inches x 10 feet 9 inches. To the east side of the plan, a space is reserved for a common bathroom measuring 4 feet x 7 feet. The common bathroom is placed nearby the living hall. To the southwest corner of the floor, a bedroom measuring 10 feet x 11 feet 1 inch will be built and it has an adjacent bath measuring 4 feet x 6 feet 5 inches.


The sandbox exposes the open kitchen located in the southeast measuring 10 feet by 13 feet 3 inches while the northeast corner houses a second bedroom measuring 10 feet 9 inches by 11 feet 3 inches, skillfully integrating aesthetics and convenience into the ground floor plan.

 

On the first floor, these features continue with the efficient layout implemented on the ground floor which begins with a passage entrance measuring 15 feet 11 inches by 6 feet centrally located right in front of the stairs. The main door is placed facing north mirroring the orientation of the ground floor. This level has a living hall, common bath, bedroom with attached bath, kitchen, and pooja room along with an additional bedroom which are all replicated from the ground floor which are also identical in design and proportioned. The repetition introduces convenience for the occupants making it desirable for rental purposes.


The second floor mirrors the first floor with the exact same layout preserving the design and structure hence the practicality and uniformity. The balanced relation between the floors enhances the building’s integrated architectural design while simplifying overall maintenance.
