The scope of work includes a drawing for the construction of a residential building. The size is 30 45 duplex house plan and facing in West direction. This is duplex plan With G+2 floor and Here Ground floor includes utility area around 2’ length and parking area for bike or car standing and gardening and here main door placed in north then living hall, dining hall with stairs in south direction which moves along north south direction, 1 common bathroom, open kitchen with a Prayer room and a bedroom on the ground level.

The first floor comprises of a family hall for family moments with a balcony to garden and see outside and utility area around 1’6” and 2’6” length, after passing through southward stairs there is 1 common bathroom, a study room and two bedrooms using attached bathrooms.

On the 2nd floor there is surveillance of designed perpendicular to the stairs, mini-home theater to watch movies, rest in party hall and open terrace to garden where sitting, favorable resting for leisure can be enjoyed. Proper light and air is facilitated through ventilation and windows.

As per geometry of buildings without considering sails and windows, the perimeter of building is closed object covered with walls, slab and column.

In ground floor consists of parking area size 14’3” x 19’6” and here main door is located in north direction then living hall size 18’8” x 16’1” , table d’hôte in northern side of house size 11’ x 9’8”, with south stair case(oschiotomy) moves along north direction (up) with common bathe in the north side 4’5” by 9’8”, south east open kitchen diamention of 11’6” x 11’ with pooja room size of 3’4” x 4’1” north east set room 11’8” x 10’11”.
