This 25’ x 60’ G+3 house plan facing north to south is tailored to optimize comfort, modern lifestyle requirements, and efficient space utilization. Essential features such as large living rooms, functional areas, balconies, terraces, and strategically positioned windows for ventilation and daylight are meticulously distributed across four levels. Vertical gardening spaces, recreational terraces, and dedicated parking spaces further augment the home's functionality.

 

The ground floor has the layout's flooring area size of 1,500 sq. ft., which also contains a parking space measuring 24’ x 33’10” that can serve for gardening. The main entrance opens to the northeast direction and the living hall is placed centrally of the house 12’5” x 10’2”. The southeast part of the structure has the open kitchen which measures 9’3” x 7’ with an adjoining utility space measuring 9’9” x 6’4”. The bedroom measuring 10’1” x 12’ and a common bathroom of 6’7” x 4’7” are on the southwest side of the house for privacy and easy access.
