25 by 60 house plan with car parking
RI0005
This is an east facing 25 by 60 feet residential building with G+3 has a balanced modern design with comfort bio ventilation and energy flow principles. The design also satisfies daily activities like parking, utility work, cooking, resting, and worship, but also provides leisure spaces like gardens and open terraces. Adequate sunlight and airflow was taken into consideration at the design stage, with proper window placement encouraged throughout the building to allow air circulation and sunlight across all floors.
The area of the first floor is 1500 sq. Ft. It includes a large parking space measuring 24’x21’10” at the front to enable vehicle flow and landscaping without blocking the structure. The primary door is on the northeast side which opens into the house, which follows increasing positive energy directions as advised my Vastu. A centrally Google positioned living hall of 8’10” x 11’’ provides a pleasant unified area. In the southeast corner, the open kitchen (9'8" x 6'4") enables optimal meal preparation and movement within the house. Additionally, this floor contains two bedrooms, one in the southwest (9'5"x13'10”) and the other in the northwest (8'10"x13'8”). This way a balance between privacy and ease of access is achieved. A common bathroom, centrally located, is available for all residents on this level. The approximate measurements of the bathroom are (5'2"x6'4").
Upon moving to the first floor with a built-up area of 1,160 sq. ft., the plan starts with a passage (8’10” x 6’3”) to the northeast, where a window provides natural light and a view of the garden. The first floor contains a notably large living hall, measuring 13’3” x 29’3,” which provides ample space for family gatherings or entertainment. There is also a small utility area (5'2'' x 6'') on the south end for practical use. The open kitchen located in the southeast corner (9'9" x 9'6") is efficiently paired with a compact pooja room (3'6" x 3') that respects spiritual needs while remaining unobtrusive. Two bedrooms are again featured: one in the southwest (9'5" x 13'10") with a shared bathroom (5’2” x 8’3”) and the other in the northwest (8'10" x 14'10") with a smaller attached bathroom (8'10" x 4') for some privacy.
The second floor is identical to the first one in layout as well as built-up area to maintain consistency and functionality. It has the same northeast passage of the garden view, and a large living hall (13’3” x 29’3”) is again featured along with an utility area for everyday chores. The southeast open kitchen is next to another pooja room (3'6’’ x 3’’), thus maintaining the household’s spiritual aspect. The dimensions and positioning of both bedrooms on the seond floor are identical to those on the first floor to make the layout easier to navigate for multigenerational or extended families. The arrangement of shared and ensuite washrooms is also replicated across floors.
On the third floor, a change in design emphasis is given to relaxation and open-air spaces. There is a built-up area of 1,160 sq. ft which accommodates a large terrace (18’8” x 49’2”) that extends over the northern portion of the house. The terrace’s space would be perfect for gardening, hosting casual gatherings, or enjoying quiet and sunny afternoons. It serves as the leisure centerpiece of the house with its elevated position, calmness, and open layout while the vast terrace boasts possibilities for serene activities.
The home is designed with living rooms, kitchens, pooja areas, and bathrooms on every floor. This helps to enhance the spatial convenience of the property. Posh car parking spaces with spacious garden areas positioned at the front provide clear free flow accessibility on the ground level. Furthermore, the above window openings provide the desired brightness to the space while maintaining a balance between light and electrical energy dependency. Incorporation of pooja rooms on several levels demonstrates respect towards cultural needs without sacrificing the integration of modern facilities and functions. Above all, balconies, an extensive terrace, and other leisure regions guarantee relaxation is effortless.
