This house design measures 25 by 60 feet and has 4 floors (Ground + First + Second + Third). It is built with comfort and spatial convenience in mind. The spacious parking area on the ground floor measures 24' by 36'2" offering plenty of room for parking vehicles and storage as well. The parking area also has stairs leading to the second floor which is in the North-West region of the house, adding to the overall flow of space in the house. As you enter the house through the North facing door the Living Hall (Northeast) is 11'4" x 13'2". This is great for accomplishing family tasks or a well-deserved relaxation session. The Living Hall also comes with an open plan kitchen situated towards the SouthEast which makes it very efficient as it's practially designed at 9'2'' by 8’2'' ensuring enough space is left without taking too much on in the overall design. There is also a 13'11" x 9'8" Bedroom on the South West side of the house with an 6' x 5'6" bathroom. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are attached and that allows for better comfort and privacy for the people living there. It suits a 1BHK Living arrangement perfectly.

 

The design continues in the second floor with the same goals of maintaining space efficiency.

The entrance passage measuring 6’4” x 9’3” opens up into the northeast part the living hall which is spacious and well ventilated at 19’ x 9’2”. This serves as the heart of the home for social interactions and relaxation. The pooja room is located in the southeast and measures 5’4” x 4’, giving a small room to practice spirituality in peace. The kitchen in the southeast of the first floor is open at 9’7” x 10’1” and is designed to facilitate easy cooking. The dining hall is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen and measures 5’ x 9’11” to make mealtime seamless. There is also an attached utility area 9’2” x 4’8” which adds practicality to the space. First floor is completed with two reasonably sized bedrooms. The one located in the southwest is spacious and private at 9’8” x 13’. The second bedroom is compact yet functional in the west at 9’10” x 10’11”. All the common facilities includes a shared bathroom outside the bedrooms at 5’2”x6’ which is very conveniently located. Lastly, this northwest side of the first floor contains the other larger bedroom 9’9” x 14”, which also contains an en-suite bathroom 9’8”4’6” to maximize comfort and privacy.

The second floor is a mirror image of the first, with no changes aside from maintenance, ensuring all areas of the building are consistent.
