The G+3 duplex north-facing house is designed on the principles of modern living with a 20' x 60' footprint. Every modern contemporary feature and user experience optimization has been incorporated, including fresh air circulation and sunlight streams throughout the house. All these features retain spatial comfort and airiness.

 

On the ground level, the garage is set in the northwest corner of the house, measuring 19' x 17'10" allowing for both vehicular and extra aesthetic landscaping. In the northeast in the warm and illuminated corner is the living hall measuring 15'7" x 17'3'''. Adjacent to the living area in the peace quadrant lies Puja room measuring 4'11 x 4'11 which sits there as an east-facing pedestal for serene spiritual practices. Family interactions at mealtimes are easy thanks to enhanced interplay between the culinary spaces and the open kitchen and dining area situated in the southeast. Household chores located in the south utility area at 5'6 x 17'3'' work unobtrusively to ensure uncluttered and serene spaces for the rest of the home.

 

The first floor is a family gathering space that captures and welcomes soothing natural breezes, light, and relaxation.

 

Family hall, located on the first floor, it measures 12’8” x 10’11”, whileproviding a family bonding space, making this portion of the house feel connected bears two spacious bedrooms. In the northeast Bedroom 1 is complemented by a balcony,17'3" x 16'5" incorporating the outer surroundings, 17'3" x 5'2" that elevates connection to outside. The latter comes with attached modern bathroom (5'3" x 7'8") thereby enhancing comfort and privacy to the room. Bedroom 2 located on the southeast side is attached bathroom (7'8" x 5'2"). Similar spacious at 17'3" x 17'3" this is the second spacious bedroom.

 

Both sides of the hall offer a view enhancing the aesthetic value and overall refinement of the home.

 

On the second floor the family hall (11'1" x 12'8")located at east starting plot sets coordinate for interaction usages and is the second dedicated multi purpose space at the upper cores level. Its aim in the house design is to integrate synergy of outer space with people for several activities such as play, relaxation, or basking into the sun, greatly improving general livability of the floors. And Bedroom 3 covers a private space in the southeast section, 16'11" x 17'3" has an attached bathroom (7'8" x 5'2") secluded retreat for home dwellers.

 

Finally, the last floor, dedicated terrace offers additional unroofed deck with dimensions of 17'3" x 32'6", this side is designed with integrated sun trap raising the property as perfect place for seating, walking garden, and party venues or simple cool off.

 

The huge terrace creates an outdoor sense of freedom alongside giving an extension to the house. It combines outdoor and indoor living effortlessly.
