RI0004

This is an east facing 2 BHK house plan which is Vastu compliant. It spans 4 floors (G+3) and is setup for optimal energy flow. This layout emphasizes modern needs like parking and gardens, while also preserving peace and flow throughout the structure. The design utilizes exposure to sunlight, cross ventilation, and a calm environment while preserving natural topography. There are also utility spaces, open terraces, and large garden zones.

The ground floor comes with a generously sized living area and an unconventional north facing entrance which is in line with Vastu principles. The floor is anchored by a large 13’x11’ living room which connects to all other rooms on the floor. The living space is complete with a 1500 square foot sectional garage that can fit multiple vehicles along with a designated gardening space that measures 23’11”x21’10”. The kitchen is located in the traditional southeast position and is accompanied by two bedrooms which provide a sensible combination of privacy, comfort, and convenience. The kitchen measures 10'x6'10''. The master bedroom is in the southwest corner, measuring 9'5” x 13'10” and comes with an attached bath (5'2''x 6'4'') while the other is to the northwest measuring 8'10'' x 13'8''.

The first floor, with its expanse of 1,160 sq. ft., boasts an open passage area measuring (8'6'' x 16'8'') on the northeast side viewing windows which allows for external views. The living hall placed centrally (13'3'' x 18'11'') serves as a centerpiece that integrates with the rest of the spaces. A kitchenette (Functional Kitchen) situated towards the southeast (9'9 x ’9'11) along with an attached utility room (5'2' x 5’9") which improves the efficiency of the design. There is a common bathroom (5’2” x 6’2”) located conveniently towards the middle. There is also a southwest bedroom (9'5'' x 13'10) and this room has access to the shared bath (5'2'' x 8'3'') that most people use. As for the second bedroom which is the second one towards (8'10'' x 19'4') The northwestern location allows the room to be away from the other parts of the house while still being able to get to common areas.

Just like the first floor, the second floor also captures the same structural framework and area with a total of 1,160 sq.f. The same passage area (8'6'' x 16'8'') with the northeast opening brings in some fresh air along with some greenery, while reinforcing the home's open, breathable aesthetic in the center living hall (13’3” x 18’11”). The southeast portion also contains the kitchen (9’9” x 9’11”) which carries on the trend of effective culinary space with the attached utility (5'2'' x 5'9''). Central serving common bathroom (5’2” x 6’2”) serves both bedrooms. As before, one bedroom (9’5” x 13’10”) lies in the southwest with a common bathroom (5’2” x 8’3”) while the second (8'10'' x 19'4'') is in the northwest for privacy and elusion.

Leveling up, the third floor modifies the layout towards relaxation and increasing storage space. Accompanied with a built-up area of 1,160 sq. ft, this level also contains an expansive open terrace (18’9” x 34’10”) located in the north for leisure and social gatherings or even personal gardening. In the southwest corner, practical store room (9'5'' x 13'10'') is located giving ample storage space without compromising on area.

The open design allows for easy and effective ventilation which brings in fresh air due to windows and terraces located on every floor. Utility areas are conveniently placed on each level which makes tasks such as laundry and cleaning simple. Terraces also function as open passages, providing nature shelter and space for activities. The placement of the rooms is done in a manner which ensures a good balance between privacy and connection; this means that bedrooms have been tucked into quiet corners while the communal areas are easily accessible. Living halls alongside welcoming family areas are uncommonly spacious and combined with open-kitchen designs which promotes interaction and family bonding.

To sum up, this thoughtfully designed house caters to the needs of families by integrating focused living spaces alongside nature while also allowing for the clear division of rooms such as the 2 BHK G + 3 layout.
