This custom G+2 modern double-storey duplex house plan design concept with dimensions of 28' x 56' is particularly an example of design balance focusing on functionality around daily activities to help the occupants relax and to entertain them simultaneously. The house structure is well organized and efficiently utilizes natural light, air, and space. On the first floor, the layout supports an organizer’s utility space comprising of micro zones measuring 3’6 & 3’ for preliminary flows. The design offers an open accessible area for parking cars and bikes measuring 13’6” x 17’10” that can double as a gardening space. Main door of the house completes the circulation of energy into the centrally positioned living hall measuring 20’8” x 10’1” which is connected to the north.
