This duplex house plan covers an area of 28' x 50', with 2 additional floors G+2, and is strikingly designed to ensure that comfort, modern living, and practicality all come together in a flexible, spacious, and thoughtful layout. Ground Floor has a covered area of 1,400 sq. ft. and starts with a good-sized parking area(P12'6" x 16'10") with an additional 5'2'' walkway. Ease of movement is prioritized. The Main door is located at the northern wall of the house and leads to the living room that also features stairs at the southern side(12’ x 18’2’’). Living Room orchestration faces towards North-South. There is a secondary open-plan kitchen area which is combined with the dining area to the southeast (10’ x 12’6’’) showcasing the southern part of the house that completes the cooking and socializing trafik flow. The lower floor boasts of a bedroom towards the northeastern part of the house port (12’1” x 12’) with an attached ensuite bathroom (8’5” x 4’5’’).
