This 2BHK house plan measuring 27' x 53' is fitted for practical ux with refined G+1 style. The ground floor is set aside for parking and gardening, while the first floor has everything needed for living - a spacious living and dining area, bedrooms, a Pooja Room, and an open kitchen. The same design is repeated on the second floor for future expansion, which means this plan is easily tailored for accommodating families. The way the windows are positioned, the house is well lit and ventilated.

Starting from the ground floor, the area is 1,431 sq. ft and it has a large parking are of 26' x 46' which is bike friendly along with space for gardening. Their stairs are located southwest and move vertically for an easier flow south to north enabling better movement on upper floors, plus a lift located at the northwest measuring 4’7" x 5’4"

 

The first floor has an area of 1,236 sq. ft and it set aside for living. A small utility are measuring 1’6” is dedicated for idomatic domestics chores. A balcony for gardening and outdoor views is designed at dimensions 13’6” x 6’2". The main door has access on the west side of the house leading to the living spaces. The combined and aligned spaces of the living and dining area measure more than sufficient to 30 square meters which is 10'2” x 34” for family gatherings and hosting guests. In addition to the general clean up area, an attached utility area for extra storage on 23' x 3'6" is allocated. The open kitchen, located in the southeast of the house, is spacious enough 11’11” by 7 feet to enable smooth cooking and meal preparations. Pooja and religious practices can be done quietly in the pookaj room placed at the northeast of the house with 4’1" x 3'9" dimensions.

 

The layout has provisions for two bedrooms. The approximate dimensions of the master bedroom inclusive of attached bathroom 4’ x 7'8" at southwest will be around 12’ x 11’6". Second bedroom is located at the south the flexibility behind second bedroom is accommodating (std) 12’ x 11’ with an attached bathroom 7’8" x 4'. This reinforcement will enable seamless scaling opportunities conveniently for the user to copy entire sections of the existing blueprint onto other floors in the future, if required.
