The Study Room (9'1" x 11'1") is located southeast and also has an attached balcony (9'1" x 5'8"). In the southwest is Bedroom 1 (10'7" x 11'11") which features an en-suite bathroom (10'7" x 4') and in the northwest is Bedroom 2 (10'4" x 10"). The southeast contains a Common Bathroom (4' x 7').The southwest section of the building features the Open Sky View (6'1" x 9'9") which further improves natural air and light intake, because of the stairs this level looks more open and airy.
On the Second Floor (Area: 1,113 sq.ft.), the architectural pattern is extended with more functional areas. Moving southwest, we have Bedroom 3 (10'5” x 11'11”) with an attached bathroom (10’6” x 4’).
