This plan is for a 2BHK Duplex House spanning 25’ x 50’ with a West-facing orientation and G+2 levels. It combines comfort, modern design, and usability in a single unit. Multifunctional living spaces are balanced with leisure areas as exemplified by the open terraces and pooja room on the top floor. Moreover, the design enhances the quality of life by constructing proper ventilation systems that allow easy airflow throughout the house.
