Each unit of this East facing duplex house measuring 24 by 55 feet has been thoughtfully designed over three levels (G+2) with attention to modern amenities, layout efficiency, and aesthetics. Special care is taken to ensure ease of maintenance, efficient use of space, and maximum flow of air and light in the house.
