The duplex house plan of size 23’ x 55’ east facing is created with attention to detail and extends across 2 floors with an additional attic for a total (*) G+1 floors and optimally blends the contemporary leisure and practical requirements of a user. The layout is well-designed taking care of a family’s need for privacy and space with provisions for future expansion in mind. On the first floor with an area space of 1,265ft sq, there exists a parking area, an ample living hall with an open kitchen, two bedrooms (one being a master bedroom) along with a common washroom. The house has a garden area and a parking area measuring 11’2” x 14’4” located in the front of the house, which is spacious enough to accommodate a car or a bike.

 

Like the ground floor, the first floor features an area of 1,016.5 sq. ft. Furthermore, it has an open balcony which serves as a perfect gardening spot. The balcony is partially enclosed. His her closet parking bay is a tad undersized at 9’9” x 6’1” but is adequate in space for car accommodation. There primary entrance still faces northeast which keeps Vastu compliance in check.
