This combination of comfort as well as style is visible in the form of this duplex house which is structured over East facing G +1 floors to accommodate modern families. The contemporary design focuses on space and makes sure both private and common areas are vivid, preserving functionality in the long run. With its orientation towards the East, the house boasts ample natural light boosting energy and brightness throughout the home which goes hand in hand with the principles of Vastu.

 

As for the total area of 1276 sq ft, the ground floor promises effective use of all the available space. A parking unit of 10'2'’ × 18'10” comes with the ability to accommodate both cars and bikes while also leaving room for a modest garden towards the front area. The utility space measuring 1'5” and 1'8” along the house permit a small functional area for mechanical washing. The main east facing door is nicely placed ensuring an auspicious tone flows into the house which transitions beautifully into the spacious living hall that measures 16'6” × 15'4”. In the southwest corner, a bedroom is located which measures 11′3″ × 13′10″ and provides privacy as well as comfort at the same level. A common bathroom which is placed in the northwest, measures 4′9″ × 8′11″, so that it can be accessible from all areas of the ground floor without compromising privacy.

 

On the first floor, which covers an area of 855 sq ft, the layout becomes more intimate and private. Slightly wider utility zones of 2′ and 1′8″ flank the sides of the building and serve to support additional utility tasks. Coming from the south, the stairs lead to the top where a small free space opens up for circulation. From this small space, moving approximately 4′9″ northward brings one into the main hallway. The master bedroom is located in the southwest corner and mirrors the layout of the bedroom below which measures 11′3″ × 13′10″ so that it comes with an attached bathroom in the northwest corner which also measures 4′9″ × 8′11″ to provide coherence in design.

 

This second bedroom is located in the south-eastern part of the house; it is significantly larger than the other one, measuring at 11′3″ × 19′7′, making it appropriate as a child’s room, guest suite, or even a combo bedroom-slash-office. It's own attached bathroom of 7′ × 5′ also provides full privacy and convenience. Northeast of the house, there is a balcony that measures 8′3″ × 12′1″; this fosters beauty in the upper level of the house and serves as peaceful relaxation or gardening spot while enjoying the fresh air and breathtaking views.The design gives importance to great air circulation, which is enhanced with specifically positioned windows and wall gaps for effective airflow and natural light on both floors. This contributes to the thermal comfort of the house, while also increasing its eco-friendly value.
