This 20x50 north-facing duplex has a ground floor that works for everyday skeletal structure construction activities and maximized space optimization. The built-up area is within 1000 square feet which is enough for an individual or family’s private and shared spaces. The entrance is to the northeast which is well-aligned with Vastu and opens into a living hall of dimensions 10’ by 15’3’ suitable for family activities as well as entertainment and is proportional to accommodate the whole family.In front of the house, there is a generous parking area measuring 20′ × 14′11′ which permits the parking of one or more vehicles and additional space for gardening or landscaping.
