This house plan features two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a measurement of 20’ x 50’. It is developed from G+3 floors, facing towards the East. It is balanced between work and relaxation. The utility, parking and rest areas are located on the ground floor. The upper floors are designed for supporting family life with spacious en suite bedrooms, and an open plan living area. The kitchen is also located on this floor. On the third floor, the main highlight, there is a large open terrace designed for relaxing, gardening, and fresh air.
