The 16' x 40' North Facng Duplex House Plan (G+3) is a uniquely crafted structure that balances all levels of modern living while achieving great space utility multifold. The plot size of 16’ x 40’ (640 sq. ft. per floor) provides the scope for adequate provisions like parking, utility rooms, living spaces, bedrooms, and terraces, while also permitting good levels of illumination and ventilation, due to the North facing window. Maintaining ample natural light, ventilation through its north-facing windows, and retaining proper illumination throughout the house while still closing numerous windows portrays the advantage of winds and glimpses of sunlight. The structure’s four-storey configuration, with the ground floor and three additional levels, elaborately ensures each compartment is well designed regarding efficient movement and space usage, stylish and seamless living is guaranteed.
The most notable feature of the building’s first storey is the spacious parking garage which features a huge 15’ x 16’1” parking space towards the back and directly beside the house’s front entrance region that facilitates easy for vehicle storage access.
