15 x 40 square feet house plan of the Residential Building size is 15' x 40' feet duplex facing north. This is a detailed G+2 floor plan containing ground, first and second floors.

Ground Floor: The parking area has enough space for vehicles as it measures 13'10" x 14'. Northeast direction of the building has the main door. The entrance is very welcoming because as soon as one enters the house. Stairs are in northwest part and they lead to upper floors. Living hall is located in the west direction with dimensions, 14'8" x 6'4" and that provides a remarkable space for families to stay and relax. Later, we also have an adjacent open kitchen with dimensions, 12'2" x 7'6" which contains a dining part and hence, that space can be used as a multifunctional place for cooking and dining.

First Floor: This hallway continues as the first floor, on top of the stairs is lounge- around, 3’10’’ x 14’8’’, in front of the stairs that is a great spot to sit and unwind.

Next to stairs there is a washing area, measuring 8’4’’ x 4’4’’ so that makes it very accessible to do washing.

This cozy and private space comes with a south facing bedroom measuring 12'2 x 7'6''. Accompanied by the shared bathroom on that same floor, measuring 7'10” x 4’2”, useful for both residents and guests.
