The 15 x 40 house scale plan of the Residential Building is 15’ x 40’ feet and oriented to the North. This is a Duplex House Design with Ground and First Floors. The Ground Floor incorporates the utility area of approximately one foot in length apart from the parking area for bike/car standing. The main door is positioned at the northeast direction; once opened, we see living hall, open kitchen beside stairs in southwest direction which moves up. The First Floor comprises utility area of approximately one foot six inches in length, kids bedroom, 1 bedroom, 1 common bathroom, master bedroom with attached bathroom, and balcony. Head room at the terrace has the laundry/store room beside it. The open terrace is completely spacious for sitting, resting, chatting, and gardening purposes. Appropriate ventilation and windows are provided along with headroom for proper light and air.

Next comes the measurement and detailing in feet and inches of the duplex building plan. Head room at rest of terrace provide with ventilators above partition walls provides light flow.

Ground Floor

In this 15 x 40 house design plan which ground floor consists of parking area measuring 14’ x 13’10” set to the northeast, entrance door is at the 0:00 orientation relative to the living room placed at 12’2” x 10’8”. There are stairs moving to the upper floor in the south west direction while the open kitchen is in south east direction with the dimensions of 11’6” X 6’8”

First floor

The second floor southwestern stair leads to the southeast facing kids bedroom measuring 6’8” x 7’10”, while the lougue is located across from the steps. There is also set of 1 bedroom measuring 8’ x 6’8” in west direction and 1 common bathroom measuring 8’ x 3’6”.Provided in this 15 x 40 house design plan is a master bedroom measuring 12’2” x 6’9” with an attached 6’8”x3’8” bathroom on the northwest side, and balcony 12’2” x 2’11” also on the northwest side.

Terrace

Head room measuring 4’6” x 12’2”, laundry or store room measuring 6’8” x 7’10”, and open terrace 12’2” x 24’ which is very spacious.
