Here Ground floor includes utility area around 1’ length, parking area for bike or car standing, then main door placed at North East facing, open kitchen and have some free spaces in front of stairs which are in South direction and move up toward North, beside Living hall is present and open. The First floor comprises of Utility area around 1’6 with 1bedroom available, lougue facing the sky overlooking the stairs, 1common bathroom,1 master bedroom with attached bathroom along way to balcony. On The second floor comprises of utility area around 1’6”, 1 bedroom with attached bathroom, headroom, complete open terrace for sitting, resting, chatting and gardening purposes. Here also provided Ventilation and windows are provided for proper light, air circulation.

Ground floor

The Home Design Plan 15 40 features a two-car garage measuring 13’10” by 14’, with the main entrance located on the northeast side. The southeast section of the house has the kitchen, which opens to theils of 7’6”.

The south-facing stairs lead to the first floor. The living hall is located towards the west and measures 12’9” by 7’2”; the kitchen has its own door, which gives it complete autonomy from the living hall.

Last floor
