The house plan is a well thought out G+1 duplex accommodating a family of more than 5 people, west facing, and constructed on a 15x42 plot with an optimal blend of space and spatial comfort management that is very much practical. The ground floor has an area of built up 630 square feet and starts with a 1’6” utility strip which has many functions in aiding the completion of household chores. There is also an adequately sized parking area measuring 13’8” x 16’4” at the front of the dwelling allowing convenience of movement for a vehicle and swift access.
