The 15 * 40 plot design 2bhk Typical Floor Plan of the Residential Building size is 15’ x 40’ feet and the facing direction is East. This is a plan with G + 3 Floor. Here in the Ground Floor consists of parking area given for bike or car standing and stairs in southwest direction which moves up. The First Floor contains utility space around 1’6” , balcony is provided infront of stairs then main door placed at NW direction, we see 1 bedroom , living hall, 1 bedroom beside 1 common bathroom and have open kitchen along with pooja room is present. The Second floors have typical floor plan that design slightly differ than the rest and individual layout and structure. The Third floor contains utility space around 1’6” for the bedroom with attached bathroom and have spacious open terrace for sitting, resting, chatting, and gardening purposes. Ground Floor

In this 15 * 40 Plot Design 2bhk typical floor plan which ground all consist of parking size of 13’10” x 38’8” and stairs on southwest side which lead up.

First floor

In front of the stairs located on the southwest side, there is a balcony measuring 5'7" x 5'5". The main door opens to the northwest, to the side of the stairs leading up. Towards the south, there are two rooms: the first bedroom which measures 7'11" x 7'7" and a living hall that is 7'6" x 8'5". A common bathroom measuring 3'6" x 7'11" along with an open kitchen measuring 5'2" x 8'8" on the southeast side adjacent to the pooja room which is 3' x 2' towards the northeast completes the layout.

Second floor

The second floor has the same usual design as the first one, following the same structure. If at any time else needed, you can redesign and restructure any other floor in this 15*40 plotted design as a 2BHK typical floor plan.

Third floor

While moving up the stairs, the first thing we see on the left-hand side is a bedroom measuring 12'2" x 9'2" which has an attached bathroom and open terrace with measurements of 3'6" x 6" and 12'2" x 29'6", respectively.
