The east facing unit has a living space containing a northwest entrance that has a . Furthermore, there are a style fixed bed/sitting desk in the southwest facing corner which is roughly 6’ x 8’10 and a closet Fitt's room as well as a bathroom (3’2” x 6’). In comparison, the west facing unit also has a living space fused with a hawaiin style kitchen in the northeast featuring a slightly larger (7’2” x 11’2”) living room. In addition, there is a corresponding bedroom southwest (6’ x 9’5”), adjoined with a northwest facing bathroom (7’2” x 3’4’’).
What makes the plan unique is the efficient and almost mirrored dual independent house configurations at the first floor, serving extended families or maximizing rental income. The building is set to face west and utilizes premade Vastu guidelines regarding architecture concerning pooja corner placement, ventilation windows, lights and other access points. Each space, albeit small, provide precise functionality with respect to stretches of unusable design space.
In essence, the design is versatile, economical, and compliant with vastu requirements, making habitation easy and modification flexible over time. Regardless of whether it is functioned as a full duplex or partially as separate rental units, the RB0021 plan guarantees a balanced integration of living, functionality, and growth opportunities.
