The design layout of the Residential Building is Arabic Western style duplex with G+2 floor and 15 * 40 dimensions, size measuring 15’ x 40’ is facing North direction. Here Ground floor includes utility area round 1’, parking for bike or car standing, then main door placed at northeast direction. Living hall with open kitchen and stairs going up to the primeiro andar of the building in south western direction. The first floor comprises the utility of around 1’6”: space will be located below the lounge which is in front of stairs, space above for open sky view at middle of the stairs where we have a small sky view, and then 1 bedroom, a common bathroom, and a master bedroom with attached bathroom along with a balcony that is provided for gardening. The Second floor includes utility area around 1’6”, head room would be in front of Open sky view, 1 small room to attach which availbe spacious Open terrace beside the bedroom with attached bathroom meant for sitting, resting, chatting, and gardening. Here also provided ventilation and windows for natural light and air.Next come for area alongside the “in height and inch” measurement detailing of duplex building plan.

Ground floor

We first have the duplex plan of size 15 * 40 which faces North. It Arabic Western designed. The Ground Floor features a 14’ x 13’10” parking area. The main door is at the northeast direction while we see living hall of dimension12’2” x 9’1” towards the northwest direction. On the west side, we have the open kitchen measuring at 8’3” by 5’9”. The southwest direction features stairs that go up towards the southeast side.

First Floor

Assembled under us is the lounge area measuring at 3’6” x 24’2” maintaining front view towards the stairs. On the first floor we are greeted with the common bathroom measuring at 8’2” x 4’, a bedroom facing towards West with dimensions of 10’9” x 8’2” along with master bedroom which has attached bathroom of dimension 3’2” x 6’2” along with balcony measuring 12’2” x 3’. This is incorporated in the Arabic Western design of 15 * 40 duplex plan.

Second Floor

Above here we have the height of the heads which is 8’6” and spacious open terrace of dimensions 12’2” x 20’. There is a bedroom measuring at 12’2” x 9’4” in the northwest direction with an attached bathroom of dimension 3’6” x 4’6” northeast of the bedroom.
