The Residential Building has a 15 * 40 duplex house plan which measures 15’ x 40’ feet and is facing towards the East. This is a duplex building plan with G+1 floors. The Ground floor is inclusive of an around 1’ utility area and parking for bike or car standing, main door placed at northeast direction, we see Pooja room beside Pooja room is present, living hall with adjacent kitchen. Stairs located in south western direction which moves up beside stairs. A common bathroom is also provided.

The First floor consists of utility area of approximately around 1’6”. We see lougue present in front of stairs. Kids bedroom with attached bathroom. Another bathroom is also available. Along with this, a master bedroom with attached bathroom along with balcony is provided. This is followed by head room. An spacious open terrace tends for sitting, resting, chatting, gardening purposes.
