North-facing 2BHK rental house plan with parking, lift and western design
This is a North facing G+3 house plan which is designed with a total area of 35’ x 35’ spanning four levels. The ground/storey level facilitates gardening and parking and encompasses a lift for access to higher floors, as well as a stairwell. The first and second floors are mirror images of eachother and consist of a living hall, dining hall, an open kitchen with an adjoining utility room, two bedrooms, and a shared bathroom. An open terrace with a laundry area separated from the rest of the room borders the third floor aiding enhanced airflow and lighting.
The built up area of the ground floor is 1225 sqft and contains the parking space along with. The stairs face East and are ailgned to the Northwest. There is a lift to the Northeast measuring 4’2” x 7’ and is adjacent. The parking area is 34’ x 22’11”.
The constructed area of the first floor is 1023 sqft, which includes a sectional passage of 14’2” x 7’ with a lift measuring 4’2” x 7’ in the northeast. A main entrance to the house is available in the north, which leads to a hall that combines both dining and living areas, which is 16’10” x 8’11”. Another separate dining hall is stipulated and given the dimensions of 9’5” x 11”. An easterly common bathroom of about 6’10” x 4’ is also part of the floor arichecture. The southeast open kitchen, utility area measuring 9’5” x 2’10”, and a utility area are also part of the open section. A southwest bedroom enabling southeast views is part of the house and has approximate dimensions of 12’5” x 9’4” together with an attached 7’5” x 4’ bathroom. Another northeast situated bedroom has an area of 12’4” x 8’11” and is located adjacent to the other bedroom.
The layout and design decisions made on this second floor are the same as the first one to ensure uniformity across all levels.
Designated area for the third floor is 1023 sqft and accommodates a northeast lift having dimensions 4’2” x 7’. Southwesterly located laundry room has dimensions of 7’5” x 4’4”. Measuremnts of open terrace are 18’6” x 21’9” and this provides a good multipurpose outdoor area for leisure activities such as gardening, social gatherings, relaxation, etc.
