This is an east-facing house with 25*30 dimensions that spans G+3 Floors. It is designed to be both residential and commercial. There are dormitory spaces, multifunctional rooms for living, recreation, and working, with natural light and air circulation.
The ground floor spans 750 square feet, mostly dedicated to commercial and utility spaces. It has a parking lot for retail purposes that is 24’ x 28’8”. This layout also has gardens for vanity purposes. The floor also includes several store spaces. The stairs are located in the northwest part and turn eastward. This floor is also practical because of the common bathroom located in the northwest corner, which is 5’8” x 4.”
The entire first floor is 673.7 square feet and designed for residential purposes. When you climb the stairs from the west, there is a balcony measuring 6’1” x 11’6”, which can be used for gardening or relaxation. The main north door opens into a hall which sets it to the left and measures 11'1'' by 12'4'', it merges with an open kitchen above which is on the Southeastern side of the first floor measuring 7’7” x 7’9”. There is also a utility area measuring 4’ x 7’9” incorporated for laundry and other cleaning chores. This floor also features a large Bedroom Down Southwest with a measuring 15’6” x 9’11” with a bathroom adjoining 5’7” by 4’ while a common bathroom with a pooja room is somewhere in the Northeast corner measuring 3’10” by 4”. The other dimensions include 3’11” x 5’11”. The detachable highlights are the pooja room and the bathroom. For ease of understanding the second floor is exactly the same as the previous one – no curves at all…. This repetitive pattern provides versatility for the design to be further expanded upon in the future if construction is required.

In addition to the terrace there is another bathroom on this floor measuring 4’ x 5’7” making it easier for my guests as well as residents. The lower portion of the balcony is ideal for outdoor activity be it relaxation or nature tending/gardening.
Ultimately ,this plan for a house is both functional and visually appealing for family and commercial use..
