Ground floor
This ground floor designed with 2BHK rental plan .On this floor includes parking space of dimension 13 feet 11 inches by 14 feet 2 inches which can be sufficient space for two wheelers. Stairs case is in the southeast direction which moves to the north that ease movement to the upper floors. The main entrance at the northeast face east side which allows natural sunlight enter into the house. The southeast open kitchen measuring 7 feet 2 inches by 7 feet 8 inches is compactly designed in modular style. The living hall is centrally located in the south measuring 12 feet 2 inches by 12 feet 4 inches which is designed for relaxation and comfortable. There is also a common bathroom size of 3 feet 8 inches by 8 feet 2 inches which is convenient use of access. Kids bedroom size of 7 feet 2 inches by 8 feet 2 inches in the south side. Master bedroom measuring 12 feet 2 inches by 7 feet with an attached bathroom size of 8 feet 2 inches by 3 feet 8 inches is located in the southwest corner providing privacy and comfortable.
First floor
The first floor is beautifully designed with 3BHK rental design. A balcony measures 5 feet 6 inches by 5 feet 4 inches is adjacent to the stairs. Next kids bedroom size of 8 feet 2 inches by 7 feet 2 inches in the southwest side. There is a common bathroom measures 3 feet 8 inches by 8 feet 2 inches located in the south side which is easy access to all the rooms. Another bedroom size of 8 feet 2 inches by 10 feet in the south side which can be used for guests.

The second floor replicates the layout of the first floor which structured designed the same that help navigate. In future we can built multi floors if need.
Terrace floor
On the third floor, southwest room measuring 7 feet by 12 feet 2 inches with an attached bathroom measures 8 feet 2 inches by 3 feet 8 inches. There is another room in the south measuring 8 feet 2 inches by 7 feet 2 inches with ensuite bathroom size of 3 feet 8 inches by 8 feet 2 inches. The remaining portions covers open terrace measuring 12 feet 2 inches by 29 feet 8 inches which is ample space for recreational activities or gardening and relaxation.
