The RC0022 house plan is a north-facing 2BHK duplex design which is 15’ x 50’ with G + 2 floors. This design is customized for seamless family unit living, considering the areas of interactions, recreation, and quiet zones in multipurpose spaces. Open areas like balconies and OTS (open to sky areas) also complement cross ventilation and natural light access in the building.

 

Ground Floor (750 sq. ft.)

Purpose: Parking, living space, and essential household utilities.

Key Features: Parking area: southwest: 7’ x 15’11 3/2’’ region suitable for vehicles as well as gardening. Entrance: Pek Door: main door facing East for easy access. Living Hall: A big room with area measurements of 13’8” x (14’4)” a further stair is built facing north to south with the uppermost step facing north. Kitchen: In south-east direction, with total space 9’2” x 10’11”. Utility Area: Attached to the kitchen measuring 9’2” x 4’6”.Good space to throw clean material and do laundry. Common Bath Room: Slightly southwestern side: 4” x 8’7”.

 

First Floor (750 sq. ft.)

Purpose: Private living and sleeping areas.

Key Features: Living Room: Central area, 13’7 x 14’4. The stairs move to the middle of the building on the west side and in the east and west direction. Bedroom 1: Northeast position, measures 7'6" x 10'10", and has a bathroom of 7'6" x 4'4". Bedroom 2: Southwest position, larger in size 13'8'' x 10'11''. Consists of: Attached Balcony: Northeast facing, measures 13'8'' x 5'3''. Common Bathroom: Sized 4' x 8'7''

OTS (Open-To-Sky Area): Located at the rear of the building plan which increases the natural illumination and ventilation into the area.

 

Second Floor

Purpose: Leisure and utility venues. Key Features: Living Room: Central positioning, sizes 13'8''.Open Sky View: Located adjacent to the living room which enables further light into the area. Open Terrace: Two designated areas for leisure: First terrace: 13'8'' x 24'2''. Second terrace: 13'8'' x 15'11''.

OTS/Open-To-Sky Area: Located at the rear of building, sizes 4'4 ½'' x 9'2''.

 

Design Features

Functional Layout: Covering the parking, kitchens, living areas, and terraces are intentionally located on the various floors.

Ventilation and Light: Terraces, OTS, open balconies, and placed windows ensure fresh air and sunlight. Versatile Use: Spacious open terraces positioned against the bedrooms with attached balconies provide calm private retreats, while inviting active relaxation.
