This is a east facing 35 * 40 house plan 3d which is originally constructed as a duplex house. The house has three floors aimed to provide modern luxury with three bedrooms, a study, balconies, a storeroom, and a utility room. The design is carefully done to provide ample cross-ventilation and optimal space planning.

On the ground floor there is an ample parking space which is roughly 34ft x 16’6. The main door of the house is on east side in line with Vastu. The Living area has an inbuilt puja room of about 4’X3’6”.
