This house is South facing and has a dimension of 30’ x 35’. It is designed to be G+3 Stilt which stands for parking at ground level and has four levels of functional divisions. The parking lot is in the ground floor, together with a living hall, open kitchen, bedroom and common toilet. In sequence, first and second floor functions as living spaces with additional two bedrooms, one hall, a common toilet and an open kitchenette with a utility cleaning area and laundry. The third floor becomes the open terrace which can be used for recreational purposes as well as gardening.

Also this allows relaxation, the third floor can be converted into gardening space. The built up area for ground floor is around 1,050 sq ft, where the open parking is 28'6'' x 11'11''. It is located at south eastern quadrant, stairs starting at northeast gaining altitude southwards. Entrances located at the east lead directly towards living hall of area 11'8'' x 14'4''. The bedroom located at northwest side measures 7'10'' x 13'8''. Common kitchen has an area of 11'8'' x 4'10'', it is located at the southeast and attached to the common bath which has a dimension of 7'4'' x 4'11''.The total area of the first floor is 907.5 sq, with a passage area of 6’4’’ x 9’6’’ in front of the stairs. The eastern most part of the house has the main entrance that leads into living room sitting area of 8’9’’ x 14’’. In the southeast open kitchen of the house which is 11’1’’ x 12’4’’. There is a utility area attached to the kitchen which is 3’ x 11’11' also. There are two bedrooms in the floor. One is southwest bedroom measuring 10’ x 11’10’’, second northwest bedroom is slightly larger with size 10’ x 14’’. Common bath area is on the west side and measuring 7’4’’x4’11’’.

The second and the first floor follow the same layout and design framework which is accompanied by the same total built up area per floor of 907.5 sqft.

The third floor is vastly different in its design compared to the other three. It has the most living space compared to the previous floors with an open terrace measuring 23’8’’ x 31’8’’.
