This is a south-facing luxury duplex 4-bedroom house plan with lift, designed according to Vastu principles, for a 30 x 40 house. The house includes a lift for accessibility convenience. Another bedroom along the hall measures 12’ 8” x 11’ 1” and also has an attached bath measuring 7’ 8” x 5’ 2”. A small family area is also provided. The open-sky facility allows a view from the second floor looking down to the first floor. The master bedroom has the area of 18' 6" by 13' 6", integrated with a balcony that measures 8' 10" x 3' 10", a walk in wardrobe of 6' x 5' 7", and an integrated bath of 6' x 7' 4".
On the third floor, it contains a party hall with the area of 25' by 11' 1", a mini home theatre with measuring 24' 11" x 13' 6” including an integrated bath of 6’ x 4’ 11'', as well as a small family space. The third level has an open-sky facility provided with a view to the first and second floors.
On the rest of the floors, there is a common toilet measuring 6' x 4' 11".
