This Plan for Residential building is duplex house plans in 30 x 45 dimensions, north facing. The building type is also known as Duplex plan With G+2 floor. Ground floor contains utility area about 2’ by 1’6” length of enclosed stairs space, parking for bike/car and a garden which make up the northeast entrance main door as well as the drawing room and living hall. The kitchen is open as well as one bedroom which has an attached bathroom. The first floor contains 2’6” by 2’ of utility space after the southern stairs which provides head room positioned infront of the stair, enabling study room access, as well as another bedroom with the shared washroom. The rest of terraces are furnished for supported with furniture placed around the terrace along with laundry and the second floor also comes with enclosed spaces for easterly looking soap shrouded windows providing ventilation and access for idle recreational activities like sitting, gardening, resting while watching over the enclosed furnished space to the terrace. It is followed by the drawing room with an approximate dimension of 10'10'' x 11'7' (width x breadth) and the other sides include the Living hall measuring in the west size 12’10’’x8’8’’ with stairs in the east which goes upwards to the north (‘’up’’) , open Kitchen in the south east size 10’9’’x9'4'' and the Bedroom in the southwest having size 12’7’’x13’9’’ with attached Bathroom of 6’7’’ x 4’2’’.
First Floor: the first floor has a buildup area of 25’x41’=1025sqft.
Upon passing through the stairs from the south direction, we see the head room having size 10’7’’x13’3’’ in from of the stairs , southeast has the study room measuring of size 10’7’’ x9’3’’, southwest bedroom of smaller dimension 12’7’’ x 9’1’’ with attached Bathroom of 6’7’’x 4’2’’, open terrace facing north having larger measure 23’6’’x20’9’’, with laundry southwest 12’7’’x5’’.
Second Floor: the second floor has a buildup area of 25’x24’8’’=617sqft.
It is followed with stairs orientated from the south. We are able to see the head room 10’7’’x13’3’’ and the open terrace possessing the dimension 23'6'' x 17'2'' with laundry southwest part 6'7'' x 4'1''.
