The north facing this north face house plan 20 * 30 duplex design is for a plot measuring 20’ x 30’ and is split in half longitudinally. It is a G+3 building as it utilizes the space in the most effective way keeping in mind the functionality and aesthetics.
Ground Floor System: This level is primarily for parking purposes with a dedicated parking area measuring 10’ x 18’10”.
