This modern duplex is built on a 3d house plan plot measuring 20 x 30 facing the west. It has been crafted into four floors in a way that seamlessly combines function with comfort while retaining modern appeal.
Ground Floor:
At the base level, this structure comes with an ample parking lot sized 18” 8’ and wide x 15’ which can accommodate a lot of vehicles.
