The residential building occupies a plot of land measuring 25 feet by 30 feet facing north. This G+3 structure attempts to strike a balance between functionality, comfort, and leisure on all floors. The planning allows for adequate circulation of air and light, and in the same breath, makes provision for basic needs such as parking, utility spaces, and open areas.
The total built-up area of the ground floor will be 750 square feet. It has a parking area of 10 feet 1 inch by 15 feet. But this space is also left free for gardening purposes. The stairs are located in the northwesternmost corner and move up in a north-south fashion. There is a main entrance on the northern side of the building which leads directly into a southwest bedroom. This bedroom measures 11 feet 3 inches by 9 feet and it has an ensuite bathroom of size 7 feet 5 inches by 3 feet 8 inches. The arrangement on the ground floor helps intercept utility and living spaces on the same level.
The first floor encompasses 630 square feet and includes a utility space roughly 2 feet long. Balconies which serve the purpose of viewing or gardening sit at the bottom of the stairs measuring 14 feet 2 inches by 4 feet 10 inches. In the northeast direction, the main entrance opens to a living hall with the dimensions of 13 feet 5 inches by 9 feet 6 inches. On the southeast part, there is a kitchen that is 8 feet by 10 feet 1 inch which is accompanied with an open hall. The kitchen also has an auxiliary utility space for laundry and cleaning measuring 7 feet 10 inches by 3 feet 2 inches. The bedroom on this floor is in the southwest corner and is 11 feet 5 inches by 13 feet 3 inches with its own bathroom measuring 7 feet 5 inches by 3 feet 7 inches. From the layout, all rooms and spaces provided are well functional and connected.
Like the first floor, the second floor includes the same set of functionalities: a balcony, a living hall, an open kitchen with a utility room, a southwest bedroom, and an ensuite bathroom, accumulating another 630 square feet. Each floor follows the same template design which aids in construction, as different parts of the building are created as identical modules.
The 3rd floor, other than the living room, is entirely reserved for relaxation, making its layout different from the other floors, while keeping the built up area of 630 square feet.
