The G+3 floor plan for 1 BHK with 1HK north-facing plot 20 by 30 house has been designed to sustically take care of various modular requirements elegantly across varios levels for maximum utility without compromising on aesthetics.

 

Ground Floor: The northwest side features an open area which serves as a living hall with dimensions of 13 feet 8 inches by 10 feet. It is also has plenty of room to provide additional utility. Adjacent to the living area is an open kitchenette measuring 10 feet by 6 conduit 8 inches, which also has an attached corner utility area that is 3 feet by 6 feet and 8 inches. These areas are equipped to allow hosts and guests to have smooth social experiences in the house. In the southwest corner, there is another bedroom measuring 8 feet and 6 inches by 10 feet. Common use facilities, including a bathroom that is 6 feet and 2 inches by 3 feet and 8 inches, have easy access for all residents to support self-sufficiency and convenience.

 

The lower level of the multi-s floor house is set aside for daily reminders while the rest of the house remains functional covering the pooja room that is 3 feet by 3 feet, and northeast has been carefully mitigated to make sure this region is calm and quiet bordered by a living hall with spiritual activities.

 

First Floor: Stepping up to the first floor, the arrangement follows the same pattern as the ground floor with some changes. There is a balcony sized 5’4” by 10’7” located in the north directly in front of the stairs. The balcony adds to the outdoor space which is relaxing and soothing. The main door on this floor is, like the ground floor, at the northeast and faces north. The internal layout comprising living spaces, kitchen, bedroom, and many more is also the same in shape and configuration as that of the ground floor in order to achieve uniformity and symmetry throughout the design.

 

Second Floor: This is done in the same manner level as the first one. Reusing the identical layout makes sure there is consistency while conserving design space including enhancing comfort and convenience for the residents. All in all, this arrangement enhances the aesthetic and maximizes utility.

 

Terrace Floor: Lastly, at the bottom, the terrace floor has a room in the southwest corner with an attached bathroom measuring 6'2” by 3’8” while the remaining area stands at 8’6” by 10’ for an expansive open terrace. This combines to form a considerable built up area of 17'2" by 29'2". This flexible terrace serves well for resting, socializing, or other outdoor activities which adds to the value of the home.

 

This beautifully crafted G+4 plan reflects the architectural grace and flair alongside effective functioning. Every floor is elegantly configured to cater to the specific needs of a contemporary family, yet the design is cohesive across all levels.
