The G+3 structure is designed as a 1 BHK unit for a plot that is 20 ft wide and 30 ft deep, North-facing towards the pooja room. The beauty of a compact design lies in its functionality and aesthetic value, and this structure executes both exceptionally well. The second floor also maintains the building's architectural features and measurement of the first floor. The structure achieves harmony throughout the house. It does provide additional living area while still maintaining the same logic and design principles.
