Located stunningly on the east side, this 3bhk duplex home on a 20 by 30 meter plot spans four floors with a versatile design keeping modern comfort in mind.

 

Ground floor

The ground floor layout prioritizes convenience with a dedicated parking area that is 18’10” x 28’8” in size, allowing for easy parking of multiple cars. The staircase, located towards the southeast corner of the house, interconnects all of the storeys and is designed to provide quick vertical travel. The efficient flowing design guarantees that functionality and convenience are placed around the core focus of the structure.

 

First Floor:

On the first floor, there is a balcony of 10'6" x 5'6" situated before the stairs to provide a nice touch of nature. The main entrance is located in the northeast corner of the house, looking east.
